Return and Refund Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Eligibility Requirements

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
• Custom or special-order items may be non-returnable

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened consumable products (pencils, markers, erasers that have been used)
• Custom or personalized items
• Digital accessories with removed packaging or registered warranties
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Return Process

1. Contact us at info@thearchitectsshop.com or +1 703 823 0202 to request a return authorization
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions
4. Ship the item back to: 4750 Eisenhower Ave, Alexandria, VA 22304

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will send the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect product.
